Sebastian Riedmüller, Gründer von ChefSeb, lebte mehrere Jahre Down Under und kam aus Australien mit einem Seesack voll Inspiration zurück. Er ist Craftbeer-Pionier im Südwesten und hat über 20 Jahre Erfahrung in der Gastronomie und im Eventbereich. Er machte in Melbourne Spätzle und hat die Kultur des Australian Breakfast und Brunch ins Ländle gebracht. Seine Spezialität sind wunderbare Kleinigkeiten, die satt machen und jede Veranstaltung zu etwas Besonderem.
